FAQs

I signed one out, and it is no longer working. What do I do?
Please reach out to us. We will work with you to troubleshoot, and if necessary, to supply you with a replacement device as soon as possible.

My microphone is making a quiet beeping noise after I put it away. How do I stop it?
You likely took the mic off and did not put it back on to the charging cradle before disconnecting and packing for travel. You only need to put the microphone on the cradle for a second or two. Once the microphone and the cradle have connected to each other, the beeping will stop.

Do I need to keep the microphone charged at all times?
No, you don’t really need to do that. We do recommend that you plug it in and charge it for a few hours on or before the day you need to use it.

How do I charge the microphone?
Plug the USB cable in to a computer, so that the computer’s USB port charges the device. You will need to ensure that the computer is on, or that the computer’s USB port can charge devices while dormant. Newer devices may or may not have this option.
You can also use a cell phone charging block to charge the microphone. As long as the cell phone charger has a USB connector on it, it should work.
