Delete
Transcripts need to be enabled on the video prior to recording: This is now the default state. Older sessions where this wasn't selected will not have the option to turn them on.
How to turn CC on/off in your Zoom Cloud Recording:
- Visit yorku.zoom.us and sign in using your Passport York credentials.
- Click the red Sign In button on the welcome page.
- Click on your profile picture in the top right, then Settings
- Once signed in, click Recordings and Transcripts on the left hand navigation pane
- Select the recording that you wish to change the caption settings on
- Click Play on the recording thumbnail to open the viewer/editor, as demonstrated on the screenshot below:
- Click the CC icon at bottom right of the player to enable/disable Closed Captions, as demonstrated on the screenshot below:
- Click Save.
