Why I can’t find TA, when trying to enrol them in a course?

If entering the user’s email address/name does not find any match, it’s due to one of the following reasons:

  1. They are already enrolled in the course. Click on Cancel on the Enrol User pop up window and filter for the user's name. If they are not enrolled then continue to the next item.
  2. They are using a different email/name on their profile. Confirm the email address/name they are using on their staff profile on eClass and use that email/name to search for them when enrolling the user. 
  3. They don’t have an active account on eClass. They will need to login to eClass and complete their profile in order for you to be able to add them to your course.
