Booking options (Tiers)

Learning Technology Services facilitates the York shared Zoom webinar license, which will allow up to 1,000 attendees to join. You can choose from the two service tiers available:

Tier 1
LTS  will set up the webinar for you. This includes registration, polling and reporting (if requested). A short training session will be provided so that you (or your delegate) can learn how to use the in-meeting functions, and can exercise enough of the competence required to independently run your own event. Access to using the built-in recording features is included.
Cost
$170 CAD per webinar. Billing is through a budget number you will provide to LTS in the webinar request form, found at the bottom of this section.

Tier 2

LTS provides a fully supported experience for your webinar. This includes technical support that pertains to the Zoom webinar and its successful execution for your event. You (or your delegate(s)) will still be responsible for the content and coordination of the webinar experience, as delivered by the talent and/or any panelists, etc.

LTS will be online and available 30 minutes prior to the start of the webinar, to ensure everything is properly set up and ready for the start of the event. This package also includes a YouTube live streaming option and a backup recording of the event (both upon request).

Cost
$340 CAD per webinar, if the webinar is 90 minutes or less.

An additional labour charge of $85 CAD per hour will apply for webinars that exceed the 90 minute mark. Billing is through a budget number you will provide to LTS in the webinar request form, found at the bottom of this section.
